Registry Fix
Installation: There was nothing special about Registry fix's installation, it was a normal wizard without much customization, besides the default - folder, shortcuts, etc., finishing with an option to start the program automatically.
Features: Registry Fix has a variety of features, like managing your startup programs, an interesting function that allows you to organize your Explorer elements (toolbars, menus, etc), but it also lacks some options that are standardly present in most competitor applications: you cannot compress your registry in any way with Registry Fix, you can't schedule any operation, so you have to do everything manually, and while the program can backup your registry and restore it, it can't do it automatically. You need to take special care here, as it is important to make a backup of your registry every time, as you can damage your system if you're not careful.
Furthermore, there's no option to create system restore points from within the program, and you have to do that manually - which we strongly recommend, since there's always the possibility to go wrong with this type of programs. There's not even a shortcut to Windows's "System Restore" menus.
Interface: The interface was simple-looking, with nothing special that we haven't seen elsewhere. Nice, easy to look at colors, the main menu uses large icons with text descriptions underneath them. You have the main sections accessible from the top, while the content is opened below them in organized, color-coded styles. The interface as a whole is very accessible, and easy to work with. We had no trouble navigating between the program's functions.

Ease of use: The program is obviously aimed towards beginner users, with its simplified navigation options and plain-looking interface. Novice users should encounter no problems with Registry Fix, but more advanced users may find it a bit underwhelming when it comes to customization. Especially concerning the scanning process, there's a whole lot more to be desired from Registry Fix when it comes to modifying the preferences of your scan.
Safety: Registry Fix performed well on our test machine, finding 556 errors, which was close to some of the top competitive products that we tested. We noticed it has a tendency to "overreact" about the importance of a few of the errors, suggesting more drastic measures than would normally be required, but nothing serious to worry about. Another downside to the scanner is its relatively slow rate of work, compared to competitors' products. It took quite some time to finish the scan.
Helpdesk/support: The website of Registry Fix has a very well-organized and large knowledge database, able to solve most problems with ease. If that's not enough, there's always the live support, which was assisting as well - although you have to be a paid customer, owning the full version of the program, but that's understandable.
Conclusion: We found Registry Fix to be a very nice and simple program for a quick registry scan, that new users can feel very comfortable with. However, if you're looking for some serious power in terms of customization, you should look at some other products.
